WOO~WEE IT'S HUMID OUTSIDE THESE DAYS!!! AS HOT AS IT IS, I WOULD STILL TAKE THE HEAT OVER A COLD WINTER'S DAY! IT MAY BE HOT AND HUMID BUT IT'S BETTER THAN A SNOWSTORM!! STAY COOL EVERYONE!

I AM NOT THE MAID, I AM THE MOM!!!

      Why is it that kids think that they can just make a mess and just leave it there for MOM to clean. Hello, I am the mother not the maid. Feel free to clean up after yourself pal! I didn't wear your clothes nor did I throw them down on the floor! When you take off your dirty clothes at the end of the day put them in the dirty clothes hamper! They just take off their clothes in the living room, dining room, or wherever and just leave them there on the floor! Uggghhh... get ya mess and put it where it belongs and I assure you, my floor is not the place for them!!! So tired of cleaning up after folks, FYI "I AM NOT THE MAID, I AM THE MOM!!!" You spend an hour cleaning a room and the kids come in and single handedly  destroys that same room in less than 10 minutes. What in the world? Why???? I just can't!!!! Young people, get responsible already!!! Handle your business or get a new address!!! This ladies and gentlemen is my Daily Drama! Good night and God bless!!!

BLAZING @ THE BBQ!!!

WOW!! Another scorcher, it was blazing outside today. I went to my brother in law's place for his annual bbq and it was mega hot. I had to ice my neck and head before leaving out, it was aching when I woke up. I don't know if it's my pillows, my bed, or the way I'm sleeping but it's become a problem!!! Anyway, I'm glad to be back in the house under the central air chillaxin! I have my feet up and a champagne cup in hand. Sippin and typing, hoping you all had a fabulous Saturday!!! 4TH OF JULY

    The 4th of July was a total mess for me! I had a massive migraine from the moment I awoke and opened my eyes. I couldn't even cook, let alone have a cookout! I was in the bed for the most part, aside from running to the toilet to vomit! While everyone was enjoying good bbq'd food and family, I was flat on my back in agonizing migraine pain. No grilled goodies and salads for me. I tried to go outside today and good gracious it was blazing hot out! I wasn't out long but I started getting a headache due to the heat and humidity. I ran into the nearest store and grabbed some Extra Strength Tylenol to start working on my head pain. I came home and relaxed under the AC to get my head together. As soon as I started feeling better, I made some fried potatoes and chicken wings for the family. Now hoping tomorrow will be a much better day! GN & God bless!

The Morning Migraine... from the Evening HBP Medicine

 Wow, I just can't win! I try to take my meds but they seem to be defeating the purpose of the other. If I take my Hypertension meds they cause me to catch a migraine. My migraine meds don't stop a migraine that's already in progress. If the migraine starts while I'm sleeping, about time I wake up it's already in full blown migraine mode. So there's just no reprieve for me in this! The migraine meds I take are supposed to stop the migraine from forming but it doesn't do that either! Ugghhhh! I'm banking on prayer because pills ain't doing a damn thing!! For real doe, just sayin!
