FOLKS BE BUGGIN @ THE SELF CHECKOUT

      I decided to make some baked ziti for tomorrow's dinner so I needed to grab a few things from Shop Rite. So two of my sons, Faith, and I were at the self checkout and proceeded to scan our few items. All of a sudden here comes one of the workers. He stands by us the whole time we're scanning and bagging our items. Now mind you there are other customers scanning and bagging items but they are not getting this up close and personal treatment like we are. I was kind of annoyed but I didn't say a word because I refused to let the devil in him lower me to that level. I continued scanning and bagging my few little groceries, paid for my things and got up out of there. I was so proud of myself because in the past I know I would have failed that test! I would have said something and told that young man where to get off. Today I decided to let his ignorance be his problem and continue on with what I was doing. Thank you Lord for bringing me to the next level in that particular lesson of life. Yaaa Me! Lol

OLD FOLKS HIT & RUN TOO!

 Today I watched this old lady back into some one's van in the Stop & Shop parking lot. Now mind you she had more than enough space, she was driving a small vehicle. She was backing out of her parking spot to leave and she was out and about to pull off. For some reason she began to back up even more when it wasn't even necessary. I was like what the heck is she doing? She hit a parked vehicle and kept it moving. I know she had to feel that she hit another vehicle because the van she hit shook. The owner of that van was coming out of the store right behind me and watched it all go down. She stopped that old lady and gave her a few words. Just because you are a senior citizen doesn't give you the right to be doing hit and runs in store parking lots! You are old enough to collect social security and get a pay for damages you do to other people's vehicle's.
